Tire Sales Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; onsite inside a premium automotive dealership

Salary: $28.34–$30.85 per hour, plus targeted annual commission.

What you will do

• Engage dealership customers on the service drive and sell tires.
• Perform quick visual tire inspections and identify customer needs.
• Recommend suitable tire solutions, provide pricing, and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support inventory, reporting, and other store operations.
• Complete a fully paid training program before assuming the full scope of the role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills, including order systems and CRM tools.
• Automotive experience is preferred.
