Electro Mechanical Assembler (Solderer)

What you will do

• Assemble complex electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and finished products using hand and automatic shop tools.
• Complete required work as part of a production cell team.
• Follow written instructions, work instructions, travelers, procedures, and the Quality Management System.
• Complete production records, travelers, logs, operation stamps, and material traceability documentation.
• Perform mechanical and electrical testing on products.
• Follow environmental health and safety requirements, including applicable protective equipment procedures.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on manufacturing experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Certified soldering skills compliant with J-STD/NASA requirements.
• Experience with small, detailed assemblies and the ability to work using a microscope.
• Ability to use hand tools, read measuring tools, and perform mechanical and electrical testing.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in Class 100,000 and Class 10,000 cleanrooms.
