Team Lead II (2:00pm to10:30pm) Gas Internal Assembly

Salary: Starting at $27.75 per hour plus a $3.00 second-shift premium

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing employees across assembly processes and daily operations.
• Assign work and instruct operators on work techniques, quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Coordinate materials, tools, fixtures, production flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time completion.
• Audit work and internal processes, document findings, and ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Analyze potential material, process, and product disruptions and communicate drawing or BOM discrepancies to Engineering.
• Support team-member performance evaluations, train employees on inspection tasks, and complete production and quality documentation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise and coordinate activities across diverse tasks and demanding schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics and explain them to others.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to understand and apply corrective and preventive action processes.
• Ability to perform medium-to-heavy physical work, including continuous standing and walking, frequent lifting and bending, and occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds with assistance.

• Previous experience leading a team.
