Panel Assembly Lead C-Shift

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; onsite full-time

Pay range: $25.29–$37.94 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate a production team, assign tasks, and provide guidance and mentoring.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to support production targets.
• Monitor quality-control processes and investigate production or quality issues.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training and audits, and recommend improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels, coordinate with inventory control, and report productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics to management.

Requirements

• Effective written and spoken communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making, analytical problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of work hours.
• Ability to periodically work in manufacturing-facility conditions including seasonal heat and cold, dust, and some chemical fumes.
