Quality Technical Lead I Assembly I C-Shift I Line 3 (HVAC Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; onsite manufacturing facility work

Pay range: $22.99–$34.49 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished equipment and sub-assemblies against company standards.
• Identify design and workmanship defects during assembly and after completion.
• Evaluate parts and assemblies using blueprints, schematics, drawings, and measuring tools.
• Quarantine non-conforming materials and complete the required non-conforming material process.
• Record inspection results using quality-control paperwork and electronic systems.
• Help design and implement inspection methods and procedures for product quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and product designs.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings and use measuring tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, analytical problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours.

• Previous quality-control experience; on-the-job learning is available.
