What you will do

• Conduct TEAP substance-use assessments and develop individualized intervention and support plans.
• Provide counseling, prevention education, relapse-prevention support, and student guidance.
• Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and educational programs promoting substance-free lifestyles.
• Coordinate integrated support with center departments, healthcare staff, mental health consultants, and community agencies.
• Maintain program data, audit files and documentation, and prepare quarterly Department of Labor reports.
• Ensure appropriate specimen collection, documentation, and handling under chain-of-custody standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, public health, or a related behavioral-science field.
• Knowledge of substance-abuse prevention, early intervention, and case management.
• Ability to facilitate groups and educational sessions, manage crises, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Understanding of confidentiality regulations and chain-of-custody procedures.
