What you will do

• Lead and mentor FPGA engineers developing hardware solutions for market making.
• Architect and implement ultra-low-latency trading systems for equity and futures markets.
• Define the technical vision and roadmap for FPGA-based trading infrastructure.
• Design high-throughput FPGA firmware for market data feed handling and order execution.
• Build modular, reusable, and scalable architectures supporting NYSE, NASDAQ, and CBOE.
• Develop testing frameworks and automated deployment pipelines for production reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on FPGA design and development experience, preferably in high-frequency trading or market making.
• Expert-level SystemVerilog proficiency targeting Xilinx platforms.
• Deep knowledge of networking and low-level protocols, including 10G Ethernet, multicast, and MAC/PCS layers.
• Proven experience designing ultra-low-latency hardware and optimizing performance.
• Ability to collaborate with quantitative researchers, software developers, and network engineers.
