Sr Quality Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Monitor supplier, subcontractor, internal process, and product quality.
• Create, document, develop, and implement quality processes and procedures.
• Support ISO activities, including internal audits and audit-finding resolution.
• Oversee CAPA activities, including SCAR, PCAR, NCMR, and corrective actions.
• Communicate with suppliers to close corrective actions and track PCN activity.
• Maintain quality documentation and collaborate with failure analysis and reliability functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product quality engineering.
• Background in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing, including product life cycle, troubleshooting, and manufacturing-process inspection.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and experience with IATF 16949 automotive quality.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or CQE certification.
• Knowledge of statistics using JMP or Minitab.
• BSEE or BSME degree and experience with semiconductor quality and reliability systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLM systems such as Omnify, Agile, or Matrix One.
• Familiarity with IC packaging and semiconductor reliability.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Strong project leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
