Engineer I - Quality (Semiconductor)

Location: CA - San Jose - 3850 N. First St; onsite. US Person status is required due to US export controls.

Annual base salary: $70,304–$143,000, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Administer the Technical Review Board tool and maintain TRB changes and records.
• Manage Non-Standard Customer Action Requests and support the CAPA system.
• Investigate product and process quality issues, determine root causes, and implement containment and corrective actions.
• Assist with developing and maintaining the Quality Management System.
• Participate in audit teams to assess AS9100 compliance and QMS effectiveness.
• Facilitate quality training, communication, continual improvement, and learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or an equivalent field.
• 0–2 years of related experience in semiconductor manufacturing design or processing, or quality assurance.
• Detail orientation, critical thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Teamwork, strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for metrics, technical reports, and presentations.
• Must be a US Person: US citizen, permanent US resident, or protected individual under 8 USC 1324b(a)(3).
