Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at the Lower Nazareth Commerce Park Facility

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and participate in Six Sigma, T&OE, and other improvement project teams.
• Investigate customer and internal quality issues, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions.
• Track Cost of Quality and Cost of Non-Quality metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Complete ISIRs for new products, processes, and vendors.
• Participate in PFMEAs for new product introductions and perform trend analysis.
• Support ISO 9001 registration, agency, and internal audits.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• 3+ years of manufacturing and quality experience.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment and statistical concepts, including control charts and process capability.
• Proficiency with electronic systems and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Current or prior ASQ CQE, CSSGB, or CSSBB certification.
• Advanced statistical methods knowledge.
• SolidWorks experience and knowledge of hirify.global products.
