What you will do

• Drive high product and process quality in compliance with corporate requirements and industry standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality and reliability issues using root cause analysis.
• Review material holds and manufacturing deviations on the Material Review Board (MRB).
• Perform periodic supplier audits and gap analyses to verify quality systems and process control.
• Coordinate change management and product qualifications for defect and cost reduction.
• Manage supplier KPIs and maintain quality management system certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, statistical data analysis, and Six Sigma tools.
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques (Fault tree analysis, 3x5 Why, FMEA) and failure analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, JEDEC, and environmental regulations (RoHS/REACH).
• Must be based in Singapore.
