Project Manager, Enterprise Implementations (SaaS)

Starting base pay: $77,700–$104,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through deployment and closure.
• Build and maintain project plans covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, and success measures.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and coordinate customer teams, technical stakeholders, executive sponsors, and internal functions.
• Facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, status reporting, decision-making forums, and implementation strategy alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve complex delivery challenges, and manage scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct retrospectives and use reporting, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, technology deployments, digital transformation initiatives, or complex customer-facing projects.
• Experience delivering software implementations involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, and technical teams.
• Experience serving as the primary project lead for external customer-facing engagements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Strong project planning, risk management, governance, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence executive stakeholders, and deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with large enterprise customers and coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of systems integration, data migration, change management, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience using AI-enabled project management, reporting, forecasting, or analytics tools.
