Enterprise Account Manager (Fuel)

Location: hirify.global Campus, Emperor Way, Crewe Business Park, Crewe, England, United Kingdom. Full-time, onsite role with regular face-to-face client meetings and travel.

What you will do

• Manage a select portfolio of the largest enterprise fuel clients and coordinate their account needs.
• Conduct regular business reviews, client meetings, calls, and associated travel planning.
• Develop portfolio growth through additional opportunities and increased adoption of non-fuel products.
• Use Salesforce CRM to record account activity and maintain accurate client information.
• Support clients through transitions to alternative fuels and collaborate with Enterprise Sales on new-client handovers.
• Liaise with clients on behalf of other departments and provide coordinated solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and growing B2B client portfolios.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build senior-level relationships and influence key decision-makers.
• Experience managing tenders or formal procurement processes.
• Commercially astute, analytical, organised, proactive, resilient, and able to manage multiple complex relationships.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fuel supply chains and purchasing methods.
• Experience negotiating pricing and understanding pricing models.
• Knowledge of credit risk, cashflow benefits, and operational business processes.
