Account Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Build and grow relationships with key business stakeholders and manage the end-to-end customer experience.
• Monitor account health, customer metrics, financial status, and payment schedules.
• Identify and close renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities through consultative account planning.
• Lead client onboarding, standard operating procedure creation, and implementation planning.
• Coordinate with Global Operations to resolve escalations and maintain service metrics.
• Prepare quarterly strategy reviews, drive product adoption, and maintain customer success criteria in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or another client-facing role.
• Proven track record of selling or cross-selling products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Structured, process-oriented working style with strong attention to detail and comfort analyzing metrics.
• Client-centric approach and ability to grow customers through consultative engagement.

Nice to have

• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Experience acting as a strategic advisor to customers.
