Inside Sales Account Executive

What you will do

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing Assessment clients.
• Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted commercial contact for customers.
• Drive retention, renewals, cross-sell, upsell, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Create account plans, conduct business reviews, and build executive-level relationships.
• Maintain pipeline forecasts and accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, and Technical teams to support client retention and service quality.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales.
• Experience managing customer portfolios and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Strong planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM skills.
