Manager, Integrated Planning

Location: Office and manufacturing environment; up to 20% travel.

Salary: $114,512–$151,668 annually, plus eligibility for the Quarterly Incentive Pay Program.

What you will do

• Build and advance an integrated demand and supply planning capability across North American operations.
• Own statistical and consensus forecasting, monthly demand planning cycles, supply planning, material planning, and planning horizons.
• Align production schedules, supplier capacity, material availability, purchasing, inventory, and forecasted demand.
• Lead monthly S&OP/IBP processes, executive reviews, scenario planning, and escalation of operational risks and opportunities.
• Drive ERP enhancements, automation, digital planning transformation, and supply chain master data governance.
• Lead Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Analytics, and Master Data teams, including hiring, performance management, development, KPIs, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience, including experience building or evolving planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and forecasting, with strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards experience is preferred.
• Experience with S&OP or IBP processes.
• Ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment and travel up to 20%.
