Senior Replenishment Planner

Location: New York, NY, US; office-based role in Manhattan's Garment District

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Analyze sales history to plan future programs, production quantities, assortments, and store allocations.
• Prepare weekly sales, replenishment, and best-seller reports.
• Manage replenishment programs by forecasting weekly sales and placing production buys.
• Coordinate with production to prioritize purchase orders and secure customer purchase orders.
• Prepare end-of-season reports with insights, lessons learned, and recommendations for future seasons.
• Adjust forecasts based on product profiles, seasonality, and rapidly changing trends while controlling inventory liabilities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in replenishment planning.
• Ability to gather and interpret data for business reports.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, troubleshooting, and solution-oriented analytical thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise email writing.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
