Managing Consultant - FS - AI

What you will do

• Build hirify.global’s AI Agentic practice for the financial services sector, with a focus on the UK market.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI transformation, including compliance automation, fraud detection, credit risk assessment, customer service automation, trading, treasury, and operational risk management.
• Advise financial services clients on AI strategy from adoption through value realisation.
• Lead and oversee client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and creating opportunities for extensions and follow-on work.
• Develop AI proposals tailored to individual client needs and business situations.
• Work with Financial Services Partners and AI Capability leads to expand business within existing clients and open new opportunities.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in AI topics and trends affecting financial services, including fraud and risk management, process automation, regulatory compliance, lending and credit decisioning, customer insights, operations, treasury, payments, and document intelligence.
• Understanding of management consulting structures, frameworks, and financial principles.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and established contacts across the financial services industry.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading large-scale AI-driven transformation programmes.
• Experience scoping, pricing, planning, governing, and delivering commercially sound programmes and managing teams.
• Consistent record of achieving high-quality delivery, follow-on business, and engagement extensions.
