Senior AI Consultant (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom, with a flexible remote working policy of 3 days per week

What you will do

• Analyse enterprise client needs and identify where AI can deliver measurable business value.
• Design and formalise AI solutions grounded in benchmarks, evidence, and operational reality.
• Advise senior stakeholders on the strategic and operational impact of AI adoption.
• Lead AI workshops, presentations, pitches, and working groups for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to validate feasibility and shape solution architectures.
• Contribute to commercial proposals, AI offers, accelerators, methodologies, and reusable practice assets.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience advising enterprise clients on AI, with a portfolio of engagements.
• Strong understanding of business objectives, KPIs, operational context, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with the full sales-to-delivery cycle in a consulting or agency environment.
• Practical understanding of Claude Code, Cowork, plugins, skills, MCP connectors, and AI agents.
• Technical background sufficient to discuss enterprise architecture, integrations, and data flows.
• Native-level English fluency and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in an e-commerce agency or AI, agentic, or workflow automation consultancy.
• Experience optimising business operations and workflows with AI.
• Strong presentation craft and experience creating slides, diagrams, and visual narratives.
• Experience with packaged, subscription, or outcome-based commercial proposals.
• Working French and experience shaping practice intellectual property.
