What you will do

• Contact customers and identify their needs using the dealership selling process.
• Respond to internet leads within the required timeframe and send product information with pricing.
• Answer sales calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain customer communication.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, close deals, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Build customer relationships and develop a referral network.
• Work toward store targets and achieve a 12–15% closing ratio on internet leads.

Requirements

• Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience.
• Strong customer service and customer relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer and phone skills, including E-Leads, reports, internet tools, Microsoft Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Motivation to succeed and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Professional business attire and appearance.
