Digital Marketing Specialist (Onsite)

What you will do

• Maintain and update company websites, related internet sites, web content, pages, and digital assets.
• Execute blog promotion and publishing, email marketing, paid advertising, retargeting, SEO, and inbound and outbound marketing activities.
• Administer the marketing automation system and other digital technologies, including users, settings, assets, and documents.
• Monitor digital media performance with the Marketing Analyst and prepare reporting, analysis, recommendations, and ROI attribution insights.
• Support the interaction between the marketing automation system and CRM to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing management and the Social Media Team to maintain consistent digital campaigns and drive website traffic.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from a four-year college or university.
• At least two years of experience with website maintenance and development, basic HTML, SEO, web content strategy, web asset management, marketing automation, and digital advertising.
• Experience executing and managing automated marketing campaigns and digital advertising such as Google AdWords and display campaigns.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, plus strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, listening, and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to type 35 WPM, use standard office equipment, travel locally or nationally by car or plane, and perform sedentary and filing-related physical activities.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds of files, supplies, or documents.
