Senior Digital Marketing Associate

What you will do

• Own content authoring, publishing, maintenance, and quality assurance across corporate website properties.
• Manage the website roadmap and backlog, collaborating with development and IT teams on CMS components, integrations, releases, and enhancements.
• Define and maintain site architecture, navigation, taxonomy, and user journeys using scalable and reusable CMS capabilities.
• Apply SEO, GEO, analytics, user behavior insights, and conversion optimization to improve customer engagement and digital performance.
• Audit and remediate web content against WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and maintain content governance, UX, and CX practices.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, consultants, and internal stakeholders while supporting A/B testing, documentation, training, and selected digital initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise website platforms, content governance, digital experience optimization, UX improvements, SEO, analytics, accessibility, stakeholder management, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Sitecore, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, or a similar CMS.
• Knowledge of UX/CX principles, content architecture, taxonomy, navigation design, digital governance, publishing workflows, QA, and cross-functional reviews in regulated or enterprise environments.
• Experience developing and executing SEO strategies, with familiarity with GEO and AEO best practices.
• High school diploma required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred. Intermediate marketing management, project management tools, writing, editing, communication, and data analysis skills are required.
• Full-time, onsite role in Phoenix, AZ; occasional travel is required.
