What you will do

• Develop an understanding of LATAM markets, including local exam systems, education structures, and the needs of students and physicians.
• Adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts.
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, including Meta and WhatsApp.
• Monitor and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention funnels using campaign data.
• Manage projects end to end and collaborate with global teams to build scalable LATAM marketing practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in Brazil or Latin America.
• Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing, including CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, and social media.
• Experience developing marketing strategies, positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.
• Ability to design and execute impactful initiatives with limited data.
• Strategic and operational approach, strong ownership, reliability, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Spanish and English communication skills are required.
