Project Controls Specialist / Scheduler

Location: Oklahoma City, OK, United States. Full-time, office-based position. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Assist with the development and implementation of project planning and scheduling methods.
• Work with project teams to develop project plans and translate them into detailed schedules.
• Lead schedule development and analysis, CPM software implementation, time-impact and delay analysis, and periodic schedule updates.
• Prepare project time and cost claims.
• Document historical schedule information and lessons learned at project completion.
• Support schedule-related professional development and maintain strong communication, leadership, and team-building practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of construction-industry experience in project management or project planning.
• Experience with advanced scheduling tools and analytics, pull planning, and Earned Value Management.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in preconstruction planning, schedule optimization, portfolio analytics, and reporting.
• U.S. work authorization for any employer is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
