Senior Staff Scheduler (Manufacturing)

hirify.global is localizing the global battery supply chain through battery recovery, reuse, recycling, energy storage, and production of battery materials in the United States.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, stakeholders, and other departments to gather project details and maintain accurate schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify scheduling issues and deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare schedule reports covering critical path analysis, project forecasts, and status updates.
• Perform what-if scenario analysis, assess project timeline impacts, and develop mitigation plans.
• Integrate schedule and cost information with the cost control team and provide schedule-management guidance and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, construction, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, critical path analysis, and earned value management.
• Experience with risk management and schedule risk analysis.
