Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor

Location: El Paso, Texas, USA; onsite role with daily engagement on the warehouse floor

What you will do

• Administer and continuously improve Environmental, Health & Safety programs for the distribution center.
• Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, company policies, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, workplace inspections, and employee safety observations.
• Investigate injuries, near misses, and safety incidents; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage safety training, OSHA records, OSHA 300 logs, safety committees, emergency preparedness, and EHS performance reporting.
• Support environmental compliance, hazardous-material handling, waste management, spill prevention, facility projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in EHS, safety, compliance, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations.
• Experience supporting OSHA compliance programs, safety management activities, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse or distribution center safety practices.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30-Hour certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or CBSL initiatives.
• Experience supporting environmental compliance activities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
