Environmental, Health & Safety Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, emergency action plans, and hazardous waste management programs across multiple facilities.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, TCEQ, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Lead or support incident, accident, spill, and release investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
• Coordinate monthly site inspections, equipment inspections, environmental audits, ISO audits, safety committee meetings, and OSHA metrics reporting.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for employees, managers, contractors, and site EHS coordinators.
• Support workers’ compensation claims, occupational clinic follow-up, regulatory correspondence, and reporting to agencies and platforms including ISNetworld and AVETTA.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, construction, or general industry environments.
• At least 5 years of experience conducting OSHA training for general industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 10 years of progressive experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations, including OSHA CFR 1910, EPA, DOT, and TCEQ reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, emergency action plans, fire protection systems, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
• Relevant OSHA certifications, including OSHA 30 General Industry, OSHA 511, OSHA 501, OSHA 2455, OSHA 3095, OSHA 521, or OSHA 2264, are required or expected as applicable.
