Location: Houston, TX (TAS-Cullen HQ), with at least 60% domestic travel to commissioning and service sites

What you will do
- Develop and oversee EHS programs for commissioning and service sites.
- Coordinate with client, general contractor, aftermarket leadership, project managers, supervisors, and field engineers on safety plans and procedures.
- Conduct site audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
- Ensure personnel and contractors are trained on site JSA procedures and maintain safety training records.
- Track observations, near misses, violations, and corrective action plans across active sites.
- Build the EHS team as needed and drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing and leading construction or modular installation safety programs across multiple states.
- Proven experience collaborating with multiple construction disciplines on safety matters.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, Lotto and JSA procedures, and safe electrical practices for MV/LV systems.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Ability to travel domestically on short notice and work in elevated or confined spaces around heavy equipment.
- High school diploma with extensive construction safety experience; a bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or a related field is preferred.
