Fitting Specialist (Fresno/Bakersfield) | Titleist Golf Clubs

Location: US Remote - California; regular events across Fresno, Bakersfield, and San Luis Obispo, primarily Tuesday through Saturday. The role requires outdoor work for 5–8 hours per day and travel throughout the territory.

What you will do

• Deliver personalized golf club-fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations.
• Use TrackMan, mobile applications, and product expertise to recommend equipment that improves golfer performance.
• Act as a Titleist brand ambassador and build lasting relationships with golfers.
• Coordinate event logistics and support approximately 100–150 events per season.
• Work independently while maintaining reliable, detail-oriented execution across the assigned territory.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of golf club-fitting experience and a strong interest in golf performance and equipment technology.
• Strong Titleist or golf equipment knowledge, customer service, communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Experience with fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications.
• Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day and stand outdoors for 5–8 hours in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required. A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
