Senior Engineer, Central Quality & Quality Control | Titleist

Location: New Bedford, Massachusetts, United States of America; onsite

Pay range: $107,896–$134,765 per year

What you will do

• Drive quality assurance and quality control initiatives across manufacturing operations and supplier networks.
• Ensure consistent product performance and compliance with hirify.global Quality System requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Partner with Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, and external suppliers on quality issues and new product introductions.
• Oversee quality system activities, including audits and performance reviews.
• Analyze product and process data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve reliability and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or quality engineering.
• Ability to manage projects independently and work in industrial and golf course environments.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and demonstrate accurate color perception.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, occasionally on short notice.
• Familiarity with Acushnet safety policies and hazardous waste compliance practices.

Nice to have

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Supervisory experience.
