Installation Technician (Carpentry)

Location: Lewes, Delaware, USA; onsite full-time

What you will do

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom closets, cabinets, offices, and other storage systems.
• Use company-provided CAD drawings and blueprints to assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Remove and install materials at customer homes and commercial sites.
• Work independently or with installation team members depending on project size.
• Maintain tools and equipment, follow safety standards, and operate company vehicles safely.
• Provide exceptional customer service during in-home installations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using common hand and power tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, climb stairs, kneel, crouch, grasp, and balance.

Nice to have

• Trade or vocational school experience.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills.
