Salary: $90,018.00–$112,391.00 annually

What you will do

• Evaluate and innovate golf club designs using engineering principles, experimental methods, and computational analysis.
• Lead complex simulation and data analysis efforts for golf equipment performance.
• Develop next-generation product concepts with advanced modeling techniques.
• Conduct practical laboratory work and data acquisition activities.
• Collaborate with research, testing, innovation, and design teams to bring new concepts to production.
• Track industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies while contributing to patent exploration and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible professional experience.
• Working knowledge of finite element analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory work and data acquisition techniques.
• Ability to build and validate simulation models using real-world performance data.

Nice to have

• Experience with HyperMesh and LS-DYNA.
• Experience with MATLAB and Python.
• Golf knowledge or golf industry experience.
