Senior HR Data and Analytics Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid work with time split between the office and home

Salary: $95,600–$162,400 USD base pay annually

What you will do

• Create a comprehensive HR data and analytics strategy and deliver insights that inform HR solutions.
• Analyze human capital data and produce visualizations covering turnover, job movement, surveys, and related metrics.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to design reporting and analytics solutions.
• Consult with stakeholders on accessing, filtering, and retrieving useful people data while responsibly managing sensitive information.
• Support recurring HR activities such as succession planning, performance reviews, and promotions.
• Apply data governance to ensure consistent and standardized use of data and metrics.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of directly related experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms; Workday experience is preferred.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and general Power BI knowledge.
• Experience with data management and analysis, with the ability to prioritize varied stakeholder requests.
• Independent project ownership, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and close attention to detail.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• College or university degree in Data Management, Statistics, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
