Senior Manager, Transformation & People Insights (AI)

Location: Remote in Illinois; preference for a hybrid arrangement in the St. Petersburg, Florida office. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually, plus possible additional compensation and discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead advanced analytics and AI-enabled transformation initiatives within People Analytics.
• Design, build and deliver dashboards, business intelligence products and insight solutions outside Workday.
• Develop predictive, diagnostic and descriptive analytics for workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness and HR transformation.
• Use SQL, Python and enterprise data sources to extract, transform, analyze and model workforce data.
• Partner with HR, People Analytics, HR Technology, Finance and business leaders to define workforce questions and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Manage and coach one analytics individual contributor while communicating complex findings to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytics, business, HR or related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 6–10 years of general experience, with preferred experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, HR analytics, workforce analytics or transformation.
• Experience working with Workday data and HR systems is required.
• Experience with SQL, Python, BI platforms and advanced analytics methods is required.
• Knowledge of statistical theory, research methodology, measurement modeling, data governance, privacy safeguards and responsible AI practices.
• Must be eligible to work without current or future work visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, Visier or similar visualization platforms.
• 3–6 years of managerial or people leadership experience.
• Experience leading AI-enabled transformation, visualization roadmaps or insight product delivery.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative, research, analytics or business discipline.
