Salary: $134,434 – $188,207

What you will do
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement advanced data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to develop metrics that optimize workflows and promote excellence.
- Perform detailed data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
- Develop and maintain data documentation, run books, and data dictionaries.
- Apply industry trends in people analytics to enhance overall workforce strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- U.S. citizenship, national, permanent residency, refugee, or asylum status is required.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Solid experience in HR analytics and talent management.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday and Cornerstone.
- Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud technologies.
