Senior People Analytics Data Analyst (HR)

Salary: $134,434 – $188,207

What you will do

• Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and implement advanced data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to develop metrics that optimize workflows and promote excellence.
• Perform detailed data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Develop and maintain data documentation, run books, and data dictionaries.
• Apply industry trends in people analytics to enhance overall workforce strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
• U.S. citizenship, national, permanent residency, refugee, or asylum status is required.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Solid experience in HR analytics and talent management.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday and Cornerstone.
• Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud technologies.
