Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor

What you will do

• Supervise, recruit, train, develop, and conduct performance reviews for Service Bureau associates and department staff.
• Manage equipment functionality, maintenance, repairs, and production workflows.
• Maintain ERP programs and inventory records across production areas.
• Coordinate cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies to prevent recurrence.
• Verify outgoing shipments for quality errors and ensure accurate material movement.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and continuous improvement-focused workplace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of related manufacturing or warehousing experience.
• At least 1 year of previous supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with proven problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
