Location: Houston, Texas, United States (TAS-Cullen HQ); onsite work in a shop and manufacturing environment

What you will do
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and prioritize workload under the Warehouse Supervisor's direction.
- Support shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks with forklifts or cranes, checking merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing materials for processing.
- Stock materials accurately in physical and electronic bin locations and record transactions in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Train warehouse employees in material handling, identification, safety, and work instructions while maintaining training records.
- Monitor and report team KPIs, identify process gaps, and collaborate with other departments on process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain an orderly, accessible, and safe warehouse, including cycle counts, layout updates, documentation, and housekeeping.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- 5+ years of related manufacturing experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Good command of English, written and verbal, is required.
- Warehouse ERP systems and Microsoft Office knowledge; strong computer literacy.
- Ability to operate a forklift, interpret safety and operating documents, perform basic calculations, and prepare routine reports.
- Ability to work onsite for up to 10 hours per day and up to 6 days per week, move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-air-conditioned manufacturing environment. Safety glasses and steel-toe boots are required.
