UX Designer

Location: St Paul, Minnesota, United States; onsite, full-time. Travel to customer, vendor, and corporate sites is less than 10%.

Salary: $77,200.00–$100,333.33 per year.

What you will do

• Collaborate with business, product, technology, and development stakeholders to define interface requirements aligned with product vision.
• Design user interfaces, comprehensive workflows, prototypes, and minimally viable products for features and applications.
• Use user testing, customer feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to validate solutions and iterate toward improved experiences.
• Develop user profiles, journey maps, personas, usability requirements, use cases, and scenarios.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and help define the UX strategy for the product domain.
• Present and defend design decisions, research UX best practices, and participate in or lead design interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors, HCI, IT/MIS, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience in analysis, design, and documentation of B2B or B2C applications.
• Working knowledge of design software, design principles, and design techniques.
• Experience moving designs through an agile development process.
• Required portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design experience.
• Ability to conduct research, collect stakeholder and customer feedback, and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Commerce Cloud and CMS transformation initiatives, B2B e-commerce, and digital customer journeys.
• Experience with design system adoption and governance.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive UX practices.
• Proficiency with Figma for collaboration, prototyping, and workflow management.
