Salary: $85,000–$186,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement user interfaces for the WDP System's web applications.
• Translate requirements from product owners into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user-facing components.
• Conduct user research, create personas and journey maps, and design information architecture and navigation flows.
• Establish design systems and component libraries, implement responsive designs, and maintain consistent design guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing, incorporate user feedback, and document design specifications for development teams.
• Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility standards throughout the development process.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• SECRET security clearance is required.
• Junior level: 0–3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Journeyman level: 4–7 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Senior level: 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Professional proficiency in English, strong communication skills, a self-starter mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Experience working in environments with moderate or occasional loud noise, including airfields and areas with large equipment.
• Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10%.
