Senior Communications Manager

Location: Remote-first in the United States

Salary: $131,500–$180,000 per year, depending on geographic pay zone, experience, qualifications, and skills. Eligible for a company-wide bonus.

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day internal communications program, including company-wide announcements, recurring communications, editorial calendars, and publishing workflows.
• Plan and produce major company moments, including monthly All Team meetings, hirify.global Kick Off, and other company-wide events.
• Write and edit executive communications such as employee messages, talking points, presentations, speeches, and external materials.
• Support company and product announcements by turning communications strategies into effective execution.
• Partner with People, EPD, Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other teams on high-priority communications.
• Develop communications plans, FAQs, manager materials, leadership messaging, research, and special projects, using AI to reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate, internal, executive communications, PR, or a related communications role.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across different voices, audiences, and formats.
• Strong communications judgment when handling sensitive, incomplete, or fast-moving information.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders and translating complex inputs into clear communications.
• Experience running communications programs, company-wide meetings, launches, or other high-visibility moments.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, plus experience in remote or distributed organizations.
