Wellness Nurse Full-time 3pm-11pm (LPN)

Location: Southbury, Connecticut, United States; full-time onsite schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Salary: $34.50–$36.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Supervise care staff in line with state regulations and community policies.
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance according to federal, state, and local standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn new applications.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, perform physical nursing activities, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
