Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time

Location: Aspired Living of La Grange, 35 Shawmut Ave, La Grange, IL 60525, USA. Full-time overnight schedule from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. in 12-hour shifts.

Compensation: USD 37–38 per hour.

What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete admissions assessments, documentation, and acute and long-term care or service plans.
• Track clinical conditions such as wounds and infection control issues under director guidance.
• Consult on residents’ health concerns and notify physicians and family members of changes in condition.
• Respond to emergencies, communicate with departments and staff, and provide health education for residents and employees.
• Maintain confidentiality, attend required training and meetings, and support safe working practices.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in senior care or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks safely, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
