Location: Sacramento, California, United States; hybrid schedule with on-site collaboration

Salary: $124,100–$164,310 per year

What you will do

• Defend workers' compensation cases in Northern California.
• Manage a workers' compensation litigation caseload.
• Apply California workers' compensation law in case strategy and legal work.
• Conduct negotiations, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate on-site with adjusting staff.
• Train staff and provide one-on-one legal consultations.

Requirements

• JD or LLM from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• At least 3 years of experience defending workers' compensation cases in Northern California.
• Strong communication, negotiation, deposition, and litigation skills.
• Recent trial experience.
