Senior Implementation Specialist - Taiwan

What you will do

• Lead enterprise solution implementation and deployment projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate on-the-ground implementation for Taiwanese merchant onboarding.
• Manage project deliverables, go-live activities, and cross-functional delivery across teams and markets.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for implementation execution and merchant outcomes.
• Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, and successful project completion.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in implementation, systems deployment, or related project management roles.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations such as ERP, CRM, or similar systems.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management and client-facing project delivery.
• Proficiency in process documentation and business process analysis.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and excellent English communication skills required.
