Technical Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale projects across one or two business segments and multiple functional areas.
• Develop, customize, and execute project plans aligned with business requirements.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, estimates, billing, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, specialized resources, and project staff.
• Manage changing requirements, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and escalate issues to minimize delays.
• Prepare project meetings and status reports while ensuring delivery meets client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, equivalent training, or relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Strong project management expertise and sound judgment when resolving complex challenges.
• Ability to manage projects independently and adapt methodologies, deliverables, timelines, and resources to changing scope.
