Senior Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid work in Austin, TX; Akron, Ohio; Irvine, CA; the San Francisco Bay Area; Northern California; the Silicon Valley Region; or Denver, CO.

hirify.global is a SaaS company providing a centralized cloud platform for restaurant accounting and back-office operations.

What you will do

• Own the onboarding process and serve as the primary customer contact throughout implementation.
• Manage relationships with 20–40 customers during multi-week onboarding projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope interpretation, training, problem-solving, approvals, task management, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal Customer Success teams and act as the liaison between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Consult with customers and proactively implement solutions tailored to their needs.

Requirements

• Experience in restaurant operations or management.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Technology proficiency and intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Nice to have

• B.S. in Accounting or a strong accounting background.
• Project management experience.
• Exposure to multiple ERP systems.
• Software implementation experience.
