What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional project activities, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Chinese-speaking partners on technical and commercial matters.
• Prepare presentations, technical reports, and project updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support collaboration across engineering, R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Assist with China office operations, supplier engagement, and technology-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline; a PhD is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong understanding of engineering and scientific concepts.
• Experience coordinating complex, technology-driven projects.
• Advanced PowerPoint, reporting, analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• PhD in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
