Subject Matter Expert-ERP PM-Shanghai (ERP)

Location: Shanghai, China. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Advise cross-functional programs on Order Management requirements, processes, data, and business outcomes.
• Coordinate requirements, process alignment, and program actions across the Order Management organization.
• Track time-sensitive project and program deliverables and support clear decision-making.
• Lead system testing for Order Management tools and process changes, including test planning, defect triage, and stabilization with IT.
• Manage compliance and control activities, including monitoring, training, audits, and corrective actions.
• Align internal stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and mentor teams through coaching, playbooks, and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably with SAP S/4HANA or Oracle.
• Strong expertise in ERP system integration, especially MES/APS in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Strong written and spoken English is required for international projects.

Nice to have

• PMP or another relevant project management certification.
