What you will do
- Act as the primary technical contact for certified channel partners across the Middle East and Africa.
- Provide technical guidance on repair, refurbishment, inspection, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and service execution.
- Coordinate technical escalations with Engineering, Product Management, and Service Operations teams.
- Deliver technical training and support technician certification, recertification, onboarding, and capability development.
- Conduct technical assessments and audits of partner facilities and verify compliance with service and quality standards.
- Identify recurring issues, support root cause analysis, control technical documentation, and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Service Operations, Field Service, Repair Operations, Engineering, or Reliability.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical seals, sealing systems, rotating equipment, and repair methodologies.
- Deep understanding of repair, inspection, assembly, testing, certification, and technical audit processes.
- Experience supporting service centers, distributors, agents, or channel partners across multiple countries and cultures.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification, with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required.
