Valve Technician II (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Maintain, install, and repair rotating equipment and mechanical systems to required standards.
• Allocate maintenance activities, assemble technician teams, and supervise ongoing work.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and work permits before maintenance begins.
• Provide technical guidance on the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate job execution with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments.
• Maintain SAP data, maintenance history, actual hours, progress reporting, and meeting updates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management in oil and gas facilities.
• Proven leadership skills and experience working with large organizations.
• Excellent organization, communication, judgment under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve business results in a multicultural environment.
